Steve Horner has only practiced in the area of employment law for over thirty years. In light of his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees and his having been Labor Counsel for Uniroyal for three years, he understands and practices on “both sides of the fence” when it comes to employment disputes.
He provides legal advice to employees and employers when employment contracts are drafted at the beginning of employment. At the end of one’s employment, he assists with severance agreements and resolving disputes.
